Custom lettering for a custom bike builder

Blackbird is a unique bike shop in Bielsko-Biała, specialising in custom-built enduro and downhill bikes. The project is a lettering system inspired by handwriting, created for a glass neon sign, with applications across other materials. Drawing from bike-frame geometry, the dynamics of downhill riding, the mountain setting near local trails and the shop’s character, it reflects the bespoke nature of each bike while balancing expressive forms with the structure required by neon production.
