Club Fictional Assembly is a fictional fan club that questions “pure” football love in a commercialized game. It explores bootleg jerseys, which reveal class inequality, and conspiracy theories, which reflect distrust of a manipulated sport. Using open-source type, custom fonts, and cartoons, the project reclaims fan expression. It asks how fans can keep participating, speaking, and standing together within football’s political and commercial reality.
