Slanted Publishers, internationally recognized and award-winning for its publications in graphic design, typography, and visual culture, is looking for a Publishing Distribution & Office Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at the earliest possible date.

The focus of this position is the operational distribution of our publications and products. In addition, you will take on key administrative and commercial responsibilities and work closely with marketing, management, distribution partners, and international retail accounts.

Your Responsibilities

Operational Distribution & Trade Management (Main Focus)

• Analysis and evaluation of sales and distribution figures (retail, distribution partners, online shop)
• Management and support of national and international trade partners
• Order processing, invoicing, and distribution administration
• Maintenance of product and distribution data
• Development and implementation of distribution-supporting measures in coordination with marketing
• Organization and coordination of trade fair appearances

Commercial Responsibilities

• Processing and filing of financial documents (FastBill, DATEV)
• Preparation of invoices and payment reminders
• Review of statements and settlements from external partners
• Support of financial accounting

Organization & Administration

• Coordination of internal processes
• Management of orders and incoming deliveries
• Handling of administrative tasks in daily office operations

Online Shop & Customer Service

• Maintenance and activation of new products
• Coordination with marketing regarding product texts and campaigns
• Handling of customer inquiries

Your Profile

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in distribution, trade, or a publishing environment is an advantage
• Strong numerical skills and analytical thinking
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and English language skills
• Confident use of common office applications (Mac experience is a plus)
