We’re hiring: Marketing & Business Development Manager
Part-time — approx. 20 hours/week
You have a strategic mindset, a sharp sense for audiences and communication – and you’re excited about publishing, design and visual culture? Then join our small, creative team and help shape how our award-winning publications and digital projects are seen and shared.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working across disciplines – from marketing campaigns to media partnerships to audience development. You’ll work closely with our editorial and publishing team and help drive visibility, reach and impact.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns (digital & print)
- Develop ideas for brand partnerships, media collaborations and B2B outreach
- Contribute to newsletter, book marketing, landing pages etc. (in English or German)
- Help identify new formats and revenue streams (e.g. digital publishing, events)
- Collaborate with editorial, sales and management on strategic topics
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years experience in marketing, communications, or business development
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
- Analytical thinking and the ability to work independently
- Very good English skills (spoken & written), good German skills – fluent not required
- International experience or background is a big plus
- Interest in design, publishing, visual culture or creative industries
