Alona started to create these patterns during the period of life when her life changed a lot. She picked up a brush and looked for an outlet for emotions, thoughts. Alona wanted to create rather than show pain, there was enough of it around. So she was looking for a foothold, the creation of this series is very meaningful to her. And she wants to share these emotions with you.

Outside the Quadrangle

I collected photos of every room in which I had to live during 3 months of constant moving during the full-scale war. The lens of my camera divided the personal space. Having become a complete copy of concrete photos of apartments, the 3D model visualizes the fragmentation and selectivity of the photographic eye, pic exposes space to separate processes, as covid, the social networks and war do.
