When I was a child, I saw an image of Virgin Mary holding a heart pierced with a sword at my grandma’s house and it puzzled me a lot. That image got stuck somewhere in my memory for many years. Now the city of Mary – Mariupol in Ukraine – has been brutally destroyed by the russian invaders. Hearing the horrible news about Mariupol, I think of it as that wounded heart from the icon that struggles to keep on beating.

A sharp satirical mockery of inaction at the undermining of the Kakhovka Dam. News soaked with pain and tears of the affected people who could not save themselves. People, animals, nature. Minimalistic but apt poster, which silently says more than some organizations. It refers to a specific tragedy, people appreciate the help from worldwide organizations and in no way deny the importance of their actions.

The poster was created at a time when our partners were hesitant to provide military aid. It screams that every second of delay takes the lives of civilians. Every digit on the clock is filled with blood. Don’t let the clock reach midnight…

This poster made especially for Ogaki poster museum in frame of collaboration between “the 4th Block” poster festival and this museum. In tis poster I try to show connection between Ukrainian and Japanese cultures in colour combination and composition, with remembering Ukrainian flag.

ZIKZAK Architects have completed work on the project for the Cypriot office of the legal company Enalian. The client wanted a comfortable and stylish workspace done in light shades. The designers set out to create a space with an atmosphere of stability, calmness, confidence, and comfort. They drew inspiration from the tranquil coastal landscapes of the island.

Japan is a country of contrasts: the small stands next to the large, the monochromatic is replaced by color chaos, and black hair lies on light skin. Therefore, for this corporate identity for the Japanese restaurant Ayashi, we wanted to find a character that would scream in a whisper, to do something simple and completely unique at the same time. This is how how the image of the monkey was born. It is thick and viscous, it is empty in one place, but in another there is already too much of it.

This print work is a continuation of my former project, Emojination, which marked the beginning of my career as a designer and digital artist. Emojination was a project from 2014. After a long break, I returned to the tools of Emojination to showcase the current state of Ukrainians, and how the world perceives them through social media.

This work was created for the exhibition called “When everything matters” which was organized by the Pictoric illustrators’ club as part of the international Book Arsenal festival in Kyiv. This work is about emotions, about the indescribable rage and pain that the author feels seeing and experiencing the losses and destruction in Ukraine as a result of the russian invasion.

The work is an ironic tribute to old legends like ancient greek myths and European values.

In July 2022 s special issue of Linkiesta Magazine was issued. We created the cover art and timeline illustrations for this magazine.
In June 2023 we created a poster based on the magazine cover art. It shows how we are all standing together against the russian invasion.
