It’s just about you and you and you and you,….proposes different layers of « you » in various languages. « You » is multiple, infinite; intangible. 3.14 explores all these hidden dimensions, cycling into circles. The message is clear, out of the orange, yet it remains invisible, lost in superpositions giving birth to an enigmatic stain whispering : It’s all about you and you and you and you…
Diamond Grotesk
Diamond Grotesk is a variable font that was born from the idea of creating a revival of the Akzidenz Grotesk font. The initial idea was to increase the contrasts of the font and give it a more contemporary look, however, during development, the contrasts were exaggeratedly increased creating a certain imbalance, which instantly gave us the idea of turning them into inktraps. The result is a variable font for text that allows a variety of dynamic solutions that has a total of 402 glyphs, supporting 80% of Latin Plus languages, has a huge variety of ligatures, inktraps and the diamond shape of the dots that gives the font its name.

Dreams of New York
Dreams of New York is a project that evolved out of our ongoing love affair with New York. We began “wandering” the streets of New York through Google Earth and eventually started to document the strange frozen images of life we found there. After countless digital forays into this weird wonderful landscape, we realized that there was something special happening that we wanted to capture and share.
Untilted
My work began with my first photographic enlarger. Rather than using negatives, I experimented with putting papers containing typography prints like receipts into it. As the idea evolved, I switched to transparent packaging to allow for shorter exposure times. I intentionally made mistakes like double exposures and unfocused negatives, and even re-exposed the paper during development. The result was a unique and experimental print with no digital retouching involved.
Everything will be okay
It is a call for optimism and the certainty that everything bad and difficult, no matter what it is, will end and improve. And there is an example of it, Starting from January 2020, which marked the beginning of a new decade. A stretch of bad events kicked off and many people around the world had a hard time. There were a string of wildfires, volcanos, airplane crashes, train derails, Flash floods, Landfalls, earthquakes, Multiple explosions, and all besides the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, All the bad events that happened did not prevent the happening of the good ones. And now everything improved and is okay.

Marbla Variable Font
Marbla is an experimental display typeface exploring the possibilities of variable fonts to change the mood and personality of a typeface. Starting with a friendly regular style the letterforms can be modified via the axes “Inktrap”, “Balloon” and “Curve” creating expressive and unusual shapes. The result is a variable font with dynamic and playful display styles which can be combined very well with the legible Regular. The intensity of each effect can be continuously adjusted. The combination of the three axes creates countless possibilities of variation.

A BOOK on SOCIAL COMMITMENT AND ARTIVISM BY UN MUNDO FELIZ
This book present design is a tool of artistic communication that when it tackles social issues, which are generally controversial, becomes visual activism. Everything is there, we only have to know how to look and participate as free and reflective citizens who want to change attitudes, behaviours and conventions that do not allow society to advance. Un Mundo Feliz Images speak to us, they interrogate us, it is necessary to learn to listen and activate our responses.
KIND OF DISTORTION
Kind of distortion come from a work mad during 2018, it was a zine. It was a music and graphic project in order to make something to express my self and create a safe space where experiments with typo, scanner and old mag. K O D is retouch from over there: a project with not a deep values but with a strong wish to make chaos. I thing this is fitting with the request of the open call, Enjoy!
Cheers,
Fede

Maps and letters
I dedicate these letters to my dear Ukraine, my beautiful, brave and strong country. These letters are composed of parts of the Ukrainian map.
Words games
This experimental posters are made from the poems of Ukrainian futurists. Futurists experimented with the sound of words, so I decided to experiment with the form of words and how they can look in the physical world.
Anne Krieger_Macbook Pro
The work is a version, translated into the analog world, of a backup of my computer data. All books (folders) are simultaneously translated folders from my computer desktop. All data is translated into binary codes and can be transformed back into virtual data by scanning. Printed on plastic paper to make it longer lasting and archival. Thus lasts longer than any hard drive.
Analogue Nostalgia

The work deals broadly with the lack of movement and haptics in the digital, but will not be experienced in the digital, but translated into the “analog world”. The longing for the haptic is not presented here like a fleeting retro trend. The haptic aspect of the analog is made tangible and at the same time the limitations of the digital are made clear.

ich habe keine zeit
The phrase “I don’t have time for that” became more of a lazy excuse than really expressing the lack of time. In the age of online discussions where everyone can participate disregarding their background, Twitter seemed to be the perfect place for this research project, where all posts since 2007 were analyzed, resulting in a database with 19305 post in total containing the German phrase for ‚i don’t have time‘. The whole layout process was automated with a custom inDesign script. Predefined parameters determined font sizes and widths and a ‚walk‘ algorithm solved the grid layout in the most space (and time) saving way.
Screen Life and Life Screen
Screen Life and Life Screen are two mirror art books that examine the work of Flavio de Marco, an artist who creates landscapes using browser as a medium. The books are both printed by combining offset, intaglio printing and bookbinding. The volumes have 528 A5 pages and follow a reverse chronological order: Screen Life from 2019 to 1999, Life Screen from 1999 to 2019. The covers are also mirrored: ‘Screen Life’ has a bodonian binding and hardback spine, and Life Screen has a cloth spine and hardback cover. The reading experience is immersive: Screen Life presents the artist’s canvases and Life Screen hosts de Marco’s writings, highlighting in the layout the complexity of each phase.
Dinokalypse
Dinocalypse is a print sample from Metapaper. The 16-page booklet consists of a photo series by Christian Mader about fake-Dinosaurs. It takes us on a little journey through the world of plastic giants. One has the unreal feeling of being taken back in time to a strange-looking jungle. It was printed on the new Extramatt recycled (cold white, 120 g/sm). In turn, its cover was produced on the same paper but with a higher grammage, being 300 g/sm. The paper is lightly coated and has the Blaue Engel label. The whole booklet was printed at Thomas Druck in Leipzig on an HP Indigo 12000.

Cumbre
Cumbre is a slanted display type with unorthodox anatomy, a dynamic rhythmic structure, movement expression, and intense visual language. An eccentric rebel with ribbon-like moves, a balanced extrovert that makes meticulous use of ink traps.
Both the name and design got inspiration from mountain peaks. “Cumbre” in Spanish means summit, and that’s the motive for the spiked design and the angular serrated structure.
Cumbre is built by balancing sharp angles and venturous curves. The stems are spiky, and they vary in width. Cumbre is oblique and unicase. It has condensed proportions, moderate weight contrast, spacious counters, pointy terminals, and square ink traps.
Radial Type
Radial Type is an experimental set of letterforms made based on a circular grid. The only rule to the system is that a point of a letterform always lands on a grid intersection. For this I wanted to explore the concepts of symmetry, positive and negative space, and movement.
