In a book of confessions, KesselsKramer reveals the do’s and, perhaps even more, don’ts of building a creative culture in their new era.
After almost 30 years, KesselsKramer moved from one church to another. To mark the occasion, KesselsKramer released a book of confessions from people involved with the agency, past and present. Collected in the church’s actual confession booth by art directors Paul Englmeier and Paul Gebauer and interpreted by photographer Max Sand, the confessions are a tribute to a workplace that left the realm of the ordinary a long time ago.
“The book, censored here and there for obvious reasons, serves as something of a guide to creating the right atmosphere in our new church,” says KesselsKramer. “Not a universal truth, just some very questionable advice to help set the tone for outstanding work.”
