Hard edge is part of a series of images that dives into concretism and it’s manifesto, depicting clear and universal images of shapes and colorfields.
WORK
When i have a creative blockage, i have to go beyond my self-imposed boundaries. I have to go wild, fall out of line, show courage to be ugly
LSD – A história social do LSD no Brasil
The cover was loosely inspired by a trip described in an excerpt from the book, narrated by the poet Roberto Piva, a counterculture icon in Brazil. In his “trip”, Piva describes that he sees the sun transformed into a tangerine, which drips love on Earth, during his stay in Serra da Cantareira, to the sound of Jimmy Hendrix, under the effect of “Purple Haze”. The cover is printed on rough paper, its finish has a “perforation” and simulates a low quality print, as occurs in the LSD cards.

Plantae
“Plantae” is a serie of posters originated in the sketches for the cover of the book “Amazônia”, by Editora Elefante, that debates about the condition of the biome and the attacks suffered by it, under the developmental / exploratory / neoliberal aegis.
The three posters in the sequence are inspired by common plants from the Atlantic Forest biome, one of the largest Brazilian biomes, each originating from a different continent: Ouro de Mandela or Bird of paradise (South Africa), Papagaio, Caetê or Bananeira-do-brejo or Heliconia rostrata (South America) Banana-rosa or banana-peluda or Musa velutina (South Asia) showing a little of the great ethnic plurality also present in our flora.
Langnau Jazz Nights 2020
The poster was designed as part of a poster competition at the Zurich University of the Arts for the Langnau Jazz Nights 2020. It won 1st place. Due to the pandemic it will now be used for the 2022 edition. The poster reflects the dimly warm, vibrant atmosphere at a jazz bar and takes up the typical colors of the lighting there. If you look at the poster from some distance, you may be able to recognize the word “jazz”.
Siblings
The experimental graphic piece »Siblings« is both a color and a typography study. The three colors used are primarily subject to the function of visual tools, the choice was therefore less based on any criterion of beauty. The goal is the permanent visual negotiation of foreground and background or positive and negative space through extremely different color contrasts and their respective intensity.
Technically the work only contains the full names of my two sons. The mechanical letter forms are arranged in a very strict grid, which results in an abstract pattern that creates rhythm and restlessness at the same time mostly through the color change.
Ablenkung vom Denken; Die drei Schwestern; New Romantics und Tv Party; Keine Zukunft, keine Vergangenheit, keine Gegenwart, nur die Angst; There is no time to be
I am submitting five digital collages made from Instagram and Tumblr posts. I was inspired by the theme colors to examine summertime sadness in different ways and express it through colors and pictures. In my work I always try to express my innermost feelings to grapple with the world.

COLORI
I have designed a poster in which there is a flower in the center of the scene, whose ramifications make up the various colors in an abstract form. In designing the poster, I used two of my typefaces: DEFORM and PORD NADIE, which blend in with the elements of the content.

Queersicht
Queersicht is an LGBTI film festival which annually takes place in Berne, Switzerland. The program consists of short and feature movies, documentaries and side events such as conferences and parties. For the new communication products (poster, booklet, flyer, screens) we combined different colors which represent the diverse mix of the community. The additional application of silver reflects the glamorous touch of the festival. Just like the movies, the letters on the communication products which form the word QUEER, create an insight into a life story.

Computers are only humans, too. Sometimes they just don’t know what to do and funny little things occur.
These glitches happened while repeatedly resizing and recolouring shapes.

Archive of Uncertainty
As an increasingly prominent feature of our existence, uncertainty accompanies us as constant permanently. Archive of Uncertainty is an initiative that aims to promote a sense of collective togetherness by sharing feelings and emotions in times of a pandemic and exploring how certain aspects of uncertainty feel for each individual.
The elusive and vague characteristics of uncertainty are reflected in the handling of the website and at the same time summarize a collective mood of all user contributions in an archive.
