Rooted in the Caribbean island’s connection to the African slave trade, bomba is a traditional style of music and a dance found in Puerto Rico. This series of posters pay homage to the rich artistic and cultural legacy of what some have called “the world’s oldest colony”. The words on all three posters: bomba, cuatro, and primo, are Spanish words with multiple definitions. The posters simultaneously acknowledge Puerto Rico’s Black history, celebrate its musical traditions, and recognize the island’s oppression by the U.S. as a missile testing range throughout the 20th century.
Porzellanpalast
Glossy white. Every surface has been polished and every individuality meticulously wiped away. It has to look clean. Cleanliness before well-being applies in the porcelain palace. Brightly lit on the presentation plate.
But if you immerse the forms in a new light, completely new worlds of images emerge.

Duty flag
The specific experimental project inspired & created by my personal collection of excise duties of cigarets, forms a different version of the Greek flag, using fundamental elements of the greek culture such as the mosaic. The special pattern formed by the duties was totally handmade as exactly the ancient mosaic used to be created through the centuries. The final artwork criticises the greek fiscal policy & the tension to be tighter & tighter every year, by converting the greek flag into a “duty flag”.
Being ImPulsTanz
As part of this year’s ImPulsTanz festival campaign we designed a face filter together with the hyped 3D makeup artist Ines Alpha. The filter is a key visual for the out-of-home campaign, gives ImPulsTanz the possibility to reach out to their community and overcome Covid-19 restriction by celebrating in digital space. The face filter can be tried out on @cincin_vienna. With the colorful visuals we celebrate diversity, dance and the international ImPulsTanz community.
Alchemical Stages
The Magnum opus is an alchemical term for the process of working with the prima materia to create the philosopher’s stone. It has been used to describe personal and spiritual
transformation, attached to laboratory processes and chemical color changes.
The four most common stages are:
nigredo (the blackening or melanosis albedo)
albedo (the whitening or leucosis)
rubedo (the reddening, purpling, or iosis)
citrinitas (the yellowing or xanthosis)
claim your space
The diversity of people needs more space in the increasingly homogenous world of film. The visuals “claim” the “space” to bring more diversity to the screen. The transition international queer & minorities film festival shows the diversity of minorities within the LGBTIQA+ spectrum and uses the opportunity to confront and break stereotypes.
the sexual rebirth
Immerse yourself in a festival full of discussion and reflection. Explore pornography, sexuality and sexual identity far from the monotonous clichéd mainstream porn.
PFFV aims to challenge and expand horizons to collectively present with pride, feminist, queer & LGBTQIA+ positions.
Reciṡi/Severed. Sisters. Chrysanthemum, 2019
The Recisi project, for the Cavò of Trieste, consists of a series of eight diptychs: between anonymous vintage photographic portraits (“severed” in identity but rich in evocative power) and the monochrome painting of flowers (hommage à Katsushika Hokusai), sprouts a true soul correspondence. In his Nishiki-e prints the Japanese master chose to depict the floral world by cutting the composition downwards. As the Japanese ikebana, literally “living flowers”, is a composition of cut flowers, the detachment from the origin becomes a metaphor for a peremptory change that can give creative and poetic results. Recisi pays homage to the tradition of florigraphy, across the ages and cultures.
Ideas
How do you actually find really good ideas? I don’t know, at some point they just appear.
Tangled night
When the curves of two bodies meet and intertwine, a line is created and draws the path of a moment of tenderness and love.
4×4
A grid of 5 by 8 partially glowing spikes is assigned with 40 dedicated colour values between red and cyan.
By bleeding into each other and bouncing off solid surfaces the colours become a single gradient, thereby contrasting the sharpness of the object and the subtle flow of light.
Among all colours there is also one where red and cyan are in a perfect balance, creating a shade of grey—thereby illustrating that even a place of great difference can have a spot of calm.
_voyager
_voyager consists of analog drawn shapes further edited digitally with bright color and combined with typography.
A combination of analog drawing and progressiv color.
Dance forward. It’s a great journey.
Perspectives
Art is a question of perspective.
Please keep dreaming
Please keep Dreaming is a free project me and my wife created to support friends of ours. They lost their house, which they had built with a lot of love, in a fire. Apart from raising some money by selling postcards with this motif, we hopefully helped them not to give up their dream of building their own beautiful house. A nice side effect was that people bought the postcards, as the message can be applied to many situations.
Nāga – Call Me When You Get To The Moon, EP Cover

Single and Ready to Mingle
This poster takes the phrase “single and ready to mingle” and applies it to the environmental hazard that single-use plastics pose to the earth. Most of these synthetic materials are not biodegradable, leaving them to mingle with both flora and fauna to devastating effect.
Free Pizza Free Beer
One can dream
Stacks on Stacks
Stacks on Stacks is a fictive book fair taking place in Arnhem. The poster made for the fair is built on a grid of 500 book spines and a title in motion moving through the grid. The movement creates an illusion as if the title is fading out, somehow also mimicking the old analogue billboards rolling posters up and down.
La Abuelita Durmiente
My spanish grandmother is the most beautiful princess when she’s dreaming in her bed.
spectrum
a spectrum describes the distribution of colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple) produced when white light is dispersed by a prism or diffraction grating – also it is the range between two extreme points.
In this series I show which colors can be found in a color spectrum defined by me and how many variations there are within each color. The photos are taken from my archive.
Letzter Akt
My current drawing project “Z!?” deals with the present condition of cultured forests in northern Germany influenced by increasing carbon pollution. Many perceive these artificially grown forests as the norm and few places remain wild. Since it is harder to connect with cultured forests, humans’ connection with German forests decreases. While looking at nature, the forest is viewed solely as a natural resource to be harvested as a commodity.
As an artist, my work revolves around this ambivalent relationship and the alienation process between humans and nature. Through my drawings, I address existing problems in terms of natural politics and build moments of connection.
