Just like their overwhelming live shows (“kids birthday parties for grown ups” with unicorns, aliens, Elvises (is that the plural?)) the Flaming Lips’ visual output follows one directive: “the more, the merry”. In order to stay up to par with the band’s artworks, we created our most colorful poster to date and certainly one of our proudest printing moments: 3 day-glo-colours, 1 metallic tint, one regular. We included as many creatures living within the band’s lyrics as possible:
Please meet the Berlunicorn. Bleeding rainbows from it’s eyes. And multi colored brain skulls. Eyes and eyes. Wait, are these wine gum fetuses?
It’s only that the CMYK images doesn’t do the poster justice.
Forward Festival Munich 2021 / Review
Originally planned to happen in Munich for the sixth time, Forward Festival Munich 2021 took place online as Forward Online Festival 2021.
Forward Online Festival was all about the transformation of society through digitization in the creative scene and an eye opener to the striking aspects of digitization—applied to design, creativity, and communication: Collaborative work, creative networking, the future of online marketing, digital new-business, VR / AR technologies, artificial intelligence, leadership, and positioning—all through lectures, panels, and workshops.
Since last years festival in Munich unfortunately had to be cancelled after one day due to Covid-19, and this year’s festival in Munich was initially planned as a regular festival as well, we were even more thrilled how great the event was converted into a digital format. This also gave international audience the chance to participate in the Forward Festival, resulting in the number of participants of over 5,000 creatives from all over the world.
Forward Festival delivered what it promised and provided an exciting, educational program. We listend to Graphic design guru Stefan Sagmeister, tried Ines Alpha’s beautiful 3D Make-Up, were super happy to get a glimpse into Esra Gulmen’s work, which we featured in our latest Slanted Magazine #36 COEXIST, got a pep talk by consulting mastermind Emily Cohen, were fascinated by the extensive insight into the work and life of photography icon Martin Parr, and listend to many more great talks. Thanks also to Kira Schinko for the excellent moderation and exciting interviews.
We hope that the next Forward Festival in Hamburg at the beginning of July will take place as planned in an hybrid on-site and online event!

light + matter = colour
Colour is bound to the refraction of light, it only exists for us through the interaction of light and material. As a painter I work with different substances like linnen, oilpaint, pigments and ink. To paint is to play with light and these substances.
Ame #13
Ame is an art&music event in Pula, Croatia. Silk-screen poster designed and printed by Oleg Morović. This poster is a homage to the american painter Jean-Michel Basquiat. The graphic was first painted on a canvas and then reproduced in serigraph print. Before screen printing the black color, yellow was added in acrylic paint with a brush so that every poster becomes unique.
joyfullycozy
A playful approach to detach from the present, stifling status quo, and to get the mind meandering. Meandering away. To get it floating. Wherever desired.

Humoristic
Queries that question the unforeseeable and explore the mysterious. Centered by humor, the being on the left blazes the world with color and laughter. It throws its body around in convulsive fits, brain alight with activity. The being on the right emulates and begins to stir the Humouristic.
CAMP RAINBOW – Experimental Offset on coloured Paper
Who is afraid of cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y) and black (K)? In terms of cultural history as well as experimental offset printing, we believe it’s worth exploring colours. Under the auspices of the rainbow – as a quite positive symbol of diversity and hope – we printed on 23 differently coloured papers. These offset prints are intended as a color impression to develop your own print product. To work as resource-conscious as possible we used mostly leftover papers and printing inks. All collected money goes to BBZ Lebensart e.V., which is committed to the recognition and acceptance of gender and sexual diversity as well as different ways of life and family forms.
Sonia’s typeface
In 2018 I created a video for the Paris Pompidou Museum for their webseries “mon œil” about Sonia Delaunay’s work and especially the colour painting movement she created with her husband Robert Delaunay called orphic cubism. This movement focuses on the contrasts of colours to create harmonies and an impression of movement in the painting. In addition to this video I created a typeface in echo with Sonia’s work. It is a titling typeface with simple geometrical and modular forms that can form words as well as patterns. One colour is one part of the letter, and the four colours combined together give you the whole letter. With this typeface, I question the meaning of a form as a letter.
Let us all bleed as one
The term “bleed” as used here as a double entendre between blending seamlessly and bleeding due to struggle, the two routes in colour and life.
Kaleidoscope
Looked at closely, we are all the faces of the world.
Just turn your eyes, a bit of shadow or light and we change color. Perhaps it is the concept of addition that diverts our gaze, that leaves us on the surface. Below, another skin, and below another again.

Meaning Of The Colors
Fashion
The LP title »FASHION« from the band The Vintage Cinema Club was visualised through abstract collages. Humphrey Bogart got anonymised by bright and colourfull textures. The dancing silhouette of Elvis was flipped over so it would look like a man, falling from the sky. This way, the darker side of success and fashion got embraced.

2020 UDN 500 Party
The one-day limited outdoor lifestyle market held by UND, a newspaper published in Taiwan. The publisher wants to approach the young generation, therefore I create a valorous visual which is too overwhelming and nonsense to the clients when I present the work on the first day. It takes at least two weeks for them to absorb the design concept and pass the mutual agreement.
